Data Deletion Instructions

Adominance is a B2B marketing automation platform operated by Team Moore LLC. This page explains how to request deletion of your data from Adominance.
1. What data Adominance holds
Adominance may hold the following data about you and your connected platforms:
- Account information you provided during sign-up (name, email, company)
- Marketing data you uploaded or connected via third-party platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, X)
- OAuth access tokens for the platforms you have connected
- AI-generated content created on your behalf in the platform
- Usage logs and analytics for the platform itself

2. How to request deletion
You can request deletion of your data in two ways.
2a. Self-service for connected platforms
To remove a connected platform integration (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, X) and the data Adominance holds from it:
- Sign in to your Adominance workspace at app.adominance.com
- Navigate to the relevant client workspace
- Click Integrations in the left navigation
- Find the platform card and click Disconnect
Disconnection immediately:
- Revokes the OAuth tokens on the platform's side (calls the platform's revocation endpoint)
- Marks the connection as disconnected in Adominance's database
- Queues the associated platform data for deletion within thirty (30) days
This is the fastest path for removing platform-specific data while keeping your Adominance account active.
2b. Full account deletion
To delete your entire Adominance account and all associated data:
- Email support@adominance.com from the email address associated with your Adominance account
- Subject line: "Data deletion request"
- Body: state your request and confirm the email address you want deleted
Your request will be actioned within thirty (30) days. We will email you a confirmation when deletion is complete.
If you are an agency operating Adominance on behalf of clients, the agency tenant administrator can also delete individual clients within the agency workspace, which removes that client's data without affecting other clients.
3. What gets deleted
When you request deletion:
- All account information is removed from Adominance's databases within thirty (30) days
- All marketing data, OAuth tokens, AI-generated content, and usage logs associated with your account are removed within thirty (30) days
- Backup copies are purged within an additional thirty (30) days (sixty (60) days total maximum)
- Audit logs of API calls made on your behalf are retained for one year for legal and security purposes; these contain no marketing content but record what API operations were performed
4. What we cannot delete on your behalf
- Content already published to third-party platforms (posts on Facebook, ads on Google Ads, etc.) — you must delete these directly through the platform that hosts them
- Data held by third-party platforms about you independent of Adominance — visit each platform's account settings to manage your data with them
5. Verification
To prevent unauthorized deletion requests, we will verify your identity before processing a deletion request. Verification may involve confirming the request from the email address on file or providing additional identifying information about your account.
