Yes. A single business is just one client: one profile, one credit balance, one set of connected accounts. A personal brand works the same way. It's the same plan, with every module at any fee. how many client workspaces do I get?
One more for every step up the dial: 1 at $0, up to 5 at $397, and unlimited at $497. That is the only thing a fee limits: users and modules are never limited.
can I change my fee later?
Yes. Raise it any time and it applies right away, prorated for the rest of the billing period. Lower it and it applies at your next renewal, as long as the lower fee allows the client workspaces you have active. Credits you have bought keep their dollar value when your fee changes.
what is a credit?
Credits pay for what the platform makes for you: posts, images, videos, strategies and report summaries. Every action has a published price in credits, listed on the rate card above, and it is the same at every fee. What a credit costs depends on your fee: 8 cents at $0 down to 3 cents at $497, and less again once you have bought more in the same month, as little as 2.15 cents.
is there a free trial?
No. You pay at signup: the platform fee, or at $0 a first purchase of credits. The platform fee carries a 7-day money-back guarantee, once per business. If you would like to see the product first, request a demo and we will walk you through it.
can you help us get set up?
Yes. Assisted onboarding is one time: one training session and a monthly review meeting for days with the Adominance team, refundable in full until the training session is held. Add it when you sign up.
do unused credits roll over?
Included credits last until the end of the billing period they come with, on annual plans too. Credits you buy last 24 months from the day they are added.
what happens if a video isn't delivered?
Credits for a video are charged when the order is placed. If the video isn't delivered, they come back to your balance automatically, so you are never charged for a video that isn't delivered.
if I bill clients, can I rebill what they use?
Yes. Each client gets its own usage statement. Export it with an optional markup applied, and it is ready to send on to that client.
can I cap what I spend?
Yes. Set a workspace cap on paid credits, and give each client a monthly credit limit with a warning and a hard stop. Nothing is ever charged without you choosing to buy it.
what does annual billing change?
Annual billing takes two months off the platform fee: $970 to $4,970 a year. It is not offered at $0, which has no subscription. Credits are always priced from the rate card, whether you pay monthly or annually, and you buy them as you need them either way.
