Effective Date: March 28, 2026 · Last Updated: March 28, 2026
Team Moore LLC, doing business as Adominance ("we," "us," "our"), operates the Adominance platform, an AI-powered marketing automation service accessible at adominance.com and its subdomains. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our platform.
By accessing or using Adominance, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. Our Role & Relationship to Your Data
Adominance serves marketing agencies and businesses. In this capacity, we operate in two roles:
- Data Controller — for information we collect directly from you, such as account registration data, billing information, and usage data.
- Data Processor — for marketing data and client information you upload to or connect through the platform on behalf of your clients. In this role, you (the agency or business) are the Data Controller, and you direct how we process that data.

4. AI-Specific Disclosures
4a. AI Content Generation
Adominance uses large language models provided by third parties to generate marketing content. When you use these features, the prompts and context you provide are transmitted to our AI providers for processing. AI-generated content is probabilistic in nature and may not always be accurate, original, or suitable for your specific use case. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publication.
4b. AI Video Studio
Our video features use synthetic media technology provided by third parties. Videos produced through the platform are AI-generated synthetic media. You are responsible for disclosing the AI-generated nature of videos where required by applicable law, including but not limited to state synthetic media disclosure laws and the EU AI Act.
4c. Automated Decision-Making
Adominance uses AI to provide campaign optimization recommendations and strategy suggestions. These are recommendations presented for your review — they are not automatically executed without your approval. You may opt out of AI-powered recommendations by contacting us at connect@moore.team.
4d. AI Sub-Processors
Third-party AI providers process data on our behalf when you use AI features, including providers for content generation, strategy recommendations, AI avatar video generation, and voice synthesis. A current list of sub-processors is available upon request by contacting connect@moore.team.
Each provider operates under their own privacy policy and data processing terms. We maintain data processing agreements with each provider that restrict their use of your data.
5. How We Share Your Information
We share your information only in the following circumstances:
- AI sub-processors — as described in Section 4d, when you use AI features
- Connected third-party platforms — (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) only as you direct, to execute campaigns and retrieve data
- Service providers — hosting, billing, analytics, and support tools, under contractual data protection obligations
- Legal requirements — in response to valid legal process, court orders, or regulatory requests
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with prior notice to you
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Data Retention
- Account data: retained for the duration of your account plus 1 year after closure, unless a longer retention is required by law
- Client marketing data: retained as directed by you; we delete this data within 90 days of account termination unless you request export
- AI inputs/outputs: retained for the duration of your subscription to enable platform features; deleted within 90 days of termination
- API credentials: deleted immediately upon disconnection of the integration or account termination
- Usage logs: retained for 12 months for security and analytics purposes
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting connect@moore.team, subject to legal retention requirements.
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:
- Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest
- Encrypted storage of API credentials and sensitive configuration
- Role-based access controls and the principle of least privilege
- Regular security assessments and monitoring
- Incident response procedures with breach notification
While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International Data Transfers
Adominance is operated from the United States and data is primarily processed on cloud infrastructure in the United States. If you access the platform from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States.
