No. You pay at signup, and the platform fee carries a 14-day money-back guarantee, once per business. If you would like to see the product first, request a demo and we will walk you through it.
can you help us get set up?
Yes. Assisted onboarding is one time: one training session and a monthly review meeting for days with the Adominance team, refundable in full until the training session is held. Add it when you sign up.

what happens if a video isn't delivered?
Credits for a video are charged when the order is placed. If the video isn't delivered, they come back to your balance automatically, so you are never charged for a video that isn't delivered.
if I bill clients, can I rebill what they use?
Yes. Each client gets its own usage statement. Export it with an optional markup applied, and it is ready to send on to that client.
can I cap what I spend?
Yes. Set a workspace cap on paid credits, and give each client a monthly credit limit with a warning and a hard stop. Nothing is ever charged without you choosing to buy it.
what does annual billing change?
Annual billing is $4,970 a year, which takes two months off the platform fee. Credits are always priced from the rate card, whether you pay monthly or annually, and you buy them as you need them either way.
