Team Moore LLC, doing business as Adominance™ ("we," "us," "our"), operates the Adominance platform, an AI-powered marketing automation service accessible at adominance.com and its subdomains. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our platform.
By accessing or using Adominance, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. Our Role & Relationship to Your Data
Adominance serves marketing agencies and businesses. In this capacity, we operate in two roles:
- Data Controller — for information we collect directly from you, such as account registration data, billing information, and usage data.
- Data Processor — for marketing data and client information you upload to or connect through the platform on behalf of your clients. In this role, you (the agency or business) are the Data Controller, and you direct how we process that data.
2. Information We Collect
2a. Account Information

2e. Third-Party API Credentials
When you connect external platforms, we store OAuth tokens and API keys necessary to maintain those connections. These credentials are encrypted at rest and subject to strict access controls.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Adominance platform

We do not use your Client Marketing Data or AI inputs/outputs to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI or machine learning models. We contractually require our AI sub-processors to uphold this commitment as well.
4. AI-Specific Disclosures
4a. AI Content Generation
Adominance uses large language models provided by third parties to generate marketing content. When you use these features, the prompts and context you provide are transmitted to our AI providers for processing. AI-generated content is probabilistic in nature and may not always be accurate, original, or suitable for your specific use case. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publication.
4b. AI Video Studio
Our video features use synthetic media technology provided by third parties. Videos produced through the platform are AI-generated synthetic media. You are responsible for disclosing the AI-generated nature of videos where required by applicable law, including but not limited to state synthetic media disclosure laws and the EU AI Act.
4c. Automated Decision-Making
Adominance uses AI to provide campaign optimization recommendations and strategy suggestions. These are recommendations presented for your review — they are not automatically executed without your approval. You may opt out of AI-powered recommendations by contacting us at connect@moore.team.
4d. AI Sub-Processors
Third-party AI providers process data on our behalf when you use AI features, including providers for content generation, strategy recommendations, AI avatar video generation, and voice synthesis. A current list of sub-processors is available upon request by contacting connect@moore.team.
Each provider operates under their own privacy policy and data processing terms. We maintain data processing agreements with each provider that restrict their use of your data.
5. Third-Party API Services
5a. Google API Services
When you connect a Google Ads account to Adominance, the platform requests access to Google's APIs through the OAuth 2.0 protocol. Adominance's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google API scopes requested
Adominance requests the following Google API scope:
| Scope | Granted access | How Adominance uses it |
|---|---|---|
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords |
Read and manage your Google Ads accounts and data | To enumerate your accessible Google Ads accounts during connection setup, retrieve campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, spend, and other reporting data) for display in your Adominance workspace, and — when enabled in the future — to create and manage campaigns on accounts you have explicitly connected. |
What data Adominance receives from Google
- A list of Google Ads customer accounts (manager and standard accounts) you have access to
- Account-level metadata: customer ID, descriptive name, time zone, currency, account type
- Campaign, ad group, ad, and keyword structural data for connected accounts
- Performance metrics: impressions, clicks, conversions, cost, click-through rate, conversion rate, and similar reporting data
- OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens issued by Google for the connection
How Adominance stores Google data
All Google access tokens and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption with a tenant-scoped key derived from a key encryption key (KEK) stored in Microsoft Azure Key Vault. Tokens are scoped per-tenant and per-connection, with row-level security at the database layer ensuring that no Adominance customer can access another customer's Google data. Performance metric data is stored in the same encrypted-at-rest database, accessible only to authorized users within the Adominance tenant that connected the data source.
How long Adominance retains Google data
- Access and refresh tokens: retained for as long as the integration remains connected, and revoked at Google's
oauth2.googleapis.com/revokeendpoint immediately upon disconnection. Local copies of tokens are deleted within thirty (30) days of disconnection. - Performance metric data: retained for the duration of your Adominance subscription plus thirty (30) days, after which it is deleted in accordance with our standard data retention process described in Section 7.
- Audit logs of Google API calls made on your behalf: retained for one (1) year for security and operational integrity.
Limited Use compliance
Adominance's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- Data is only used to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in the requesting application's user interface. Google data is rendered in dashboards, reports, and campaign management surfaces inside the user's Adominance workspace.
- Data is not used to serve advertisements to any user, on Adominance or elsewhere.
- Data is not transferred to others except as necessary to provide or improve user-facing features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with prior user notice as described in Section 6.
- Data is not used or transferred for the purpose of determining creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
- Humans do not read your Google data except (a) with your affirmative agreement for specific messages; (b) when necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse; (c) to comply with applicable law; or (d) where the data has been aggregated and anonymized and is used for internal operations.
- Data from Google APIs is not used to train, develop, or improve generalized or non-personalized AI or machine learning models. Adominance's AI-powered features described in Section 4 do not consume your Google Ads data as training input.
How to disconnect and request deletion of Google data
You can disconnect any Google Ads integration at any time from inside Adominance: navigate to the relevant client's Integrations tab and click Disconnect on the Google Ads connection card. Disconnection immediately:
- Revokes the stored access and refresh tokens by calling Google's
https://oauth2.googleapis.com/revokeendpoint - Sets the connection record to a disconnected state in Adominance's database
- Queues the associated Google data for deletion within thirty (30) days
To request immediate deletion of Google-sourced data outside the standard disconnection flow, contact connect@moore.team. Deletion requests are actioned within thirty (30) days. You may also revoke Adominance's access at any time directly from your Google Account at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Your relationship with Google

You can review and modify the permissions you have granted Adominance at any time by visiting https://myaccount.google.com/permissions and selecting the Adominance application.

How Adominance stores Meta data
All Meta access tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption with a tenant-scoped key derived from a key encryption key (KEK) stored in Microsoft Azure Key Vault. Tokens are scoped per-tenant and per-connection, with row-level security at the database layer ensuring strict isolation between Adominance customers. Performance metric data is stored in the same encrypted-at-rest database, accessible only to authorized users within the Adominance tenant that connected the data source.
How long Adominance retains Meta data
- Access tokens: retained for as long as the integration remains connected, and explicitly invalidated on disconnect by calling Meta's
DELETE /me/permissionsendpoint. Local copies of tokens are deleted within thirty (30) days of disconnection. - Performance metric data, campaign structure, social post history: retained for the duration of your Adominance subscription plus thirty (30) days, after which deletion follows our standard data retention process described in Section 7.

- Humans do not read your Meta data except (a) with your affirmative agreement for specific messages; (b) when necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse; (c) to comply with applicable law; or (d) where the data has been aggregated and anonymized and is used for internal operations.
- Data from Meta APIs is not used to train, develop, or improve generalized or non-personalized AI or machine learning models. Adominance's AI-powered features described in Section 4 do not consume your Meta data as training input.
How to disconnect and request deletion of Meta data
You can disconnect any Meta integration at any time from inside Adominance: navigate to the relevant client's Integrations tab and click Disconnect on the Meta connection card. Disconnection immediately:
- Calls Meta's
DELETE /me/permissionsendpoint to revoke the OAuth grant on Meta's side - Sets the connection record to a disconnected state in Adominance's database
- Queues the associated Meta data for deletion within thirty (30) days
To request immediate deletion of Meta-sourced data outside the standard disconnection flow, contact connect@moore.team. Deletion requests are actioned within thirty (30) days.
